Microcross makes no restrictions on installing GNU X-Tools on as many machines as the customer desires. We would prefer a customer to purchase one copy per user in the spirit of keeping open source software affordable for everyone. Microcross will only provide installation support to one customer installation per copy of GNU X-Tools purchased. Again, we are trying to make a product affordable to everyone and keep a lean, viable business model, so that everyone benefits in having low-cost tools available. |

1. Microcross' CD-ROMs each contain copyrighted materials that include Windows installer binaries, and documentation, which are protected by U.S. and International copyright laws. Therefore, CD-ROM duplication is not authorized under any circumstance other than for backup purposes without the express written permission of Microcross, Inc., USA. |
