To register for a course, select the desired course and date from the list of available courses and dates shown above. You will be presented with a summary of the course, and an electronic registration request form.
After you fill out and submit the registration form, an email will be sent to confirm your reservation for the class. The email will also tell you where to remit payment. Your class selection is not confirmed until payment is received. You will receive a second confirmation when payment is received.
For advance announcements that don't yet have a date or venue, the registration process simply communicates your interest in the class. You will receive an email when the course date and venue is announced.
Payment policies
Full payment of course fees must be received within ten business days after receipt of your electronic registration form, or your reservation may be cancelled. Your class selection is not confirmed until payment is received. Corporate and personal checks drawn on USA banks in USD funds and AMEX, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment by electronic funds transfer or corporate purchase order is also available for purchases over $2,000 USD.
Last-minute registrations
The courses shown above are taught using single board computers and other materials that are provided to the student on the first day of class. These materials must be ordered several weeks prior to the start of class to assure availability when class begins.
Every reasonable effort will be made to assure an adequate supply of course materials on the first day of class. When last minute registrations and other factors cause material shortages, the available materials will be allocated in the order of course payment. The remaining materials will be distributed when they arrive. In situations where the remaining materials do not arrive before class ends, the materials will be shipped to the student.
Cancellations and subsitutions
Cancellation requests received 60 days prior to the first day of class will result in a complete refund. Cancellation requests received 30 days prior to the first day of class will receive a refund of 50% of the course price. Requests received less than 30 days before the first day of class are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible refund requests may be made by sending an email to Microcross.
Substitutions are allowed only with the written consent of the original registrant.
Program changes
Mr. Gatliff / Microcross reserve the right to make changes to course outlines or dates, or to cancel courses entirely if conditions beyond their control prevail. Cancellations will result in a total refund or credit for another scheduled training course (if the registrant so chooses).
